Cookies

In this document, KETTAL SL sets forth its policy on cookie gathering and processing, in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Spain’s Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and e-commerce (the LSSI-CE).

Cookies are installed on users' terminals (computer or mobile device) and gather information when they visit the website www.kettal.com to improve its usability, understand users’ browsing habits or requirements, to be able to adapt to them, and to obtain information for statistical purposes. In the case of those users who are already KETTAL SL customers, the information gathered by the cookies will also be used to identify them when accessing the different tools that KETTAL makes available to them for managing services.

This Cookie Policy shall be applicable to those users who voluntarily visit KETTAL SL’s websites, fill in data collection forms, access the tools that KETTAL SL makes available to its customers to manage their services or any other service present on the website entailing the supply of data to KETTAL SL or the accessing of data by KETTAL SL for the provision of its services.

Classified by ownership:

*First-party cookies: those directly sent and managed by KETTAL SL.

*Third-party cookies: sent and managed by a third party external to KETTAL SL, on an anonymous basis, for the purpose of performing statistical studies on the browsing of KETTAL SL websites.
